The Remarkable Science of Earthing and Why You Need to Do This Daily!

I’ve had this movie on Earthing pop up on my YouTube feed for months now and have ignored it. I thought I knew everything there was to know about Earthing or grounding — which is essentially walking barefoot on the Earth or having any part of your skin touching the soil/grass/rocks, you get the picture.

Just the other day it appeared yet again on my feed but this time I thought, ‘What the hell?‘ and I clicked on it. Oh wow, was I glad for the sudden impulse to do that!

If you don’t know anything about, or think you know everything about, Earthing, this movie is for you. So basically, it’s for absolutely EVERYONE on the planet. It’s hard for me to get my hubby to sit and watch things like this but even he was super impressed. And now we do grounding every day (and it’s going into winter now here in South Africa).

Grounding is sometimes thought of as a bit woo-woo, a bit hippy, a bit ‘out there’.

*Buzzer* Wrong!

There is an absolute science behind it and the lack of us walking barefoot is a major reason why most of the population has become sick. I’m not going to outline anything more here ’cause I really want you to watch the movie. The link is below, so give it a go. Every single human needs to watch this, it’s only 1 hour and 15 minutes of your life but it could save your life. Please share too! Enjoy…
